I was not at all happy with my experience. I was told that my phone would be $28 dollars and then when they got it they found that the alert vibrate didn't work and said they would only give me $5 for it. I am not taking $5 for something I paid $150 for originally. I asked them to return it to me. I got in back in the mail yesterday and they couldn't even send back all of MY original parts that I sent. I even had to look at the phone three times to make sure it was my actual phone. And the vibrate alert DOES work so I'm not sure what they are talking about. I had originally sent my USB cord and wall charger with my phone and I received a USB cord and wall charger back but they aren't my original ones. That's ridiculous. I would like my original stuff back. I definitely will not be recommending uSell to anyone.

I liked getting the Cash for a phone I dont use anymore but, I feel that my phone was worth more than $20.00. I know that you guys need room to make money but, I know that $20.00 was the "max" amount that my phone was worth. I have used you guys previous to this last transaction and all I got for that one was $2.00 that made me sad... ):
However, that speed of everything was good. I also liked that you guys kept me updated sending me emals on everything instead of, giving me a code to go looj up the status of everything myself. Thank you guys I will re,ommend this site to a feiend.

I was suckered by the ad price for my device..the buy price was advertised to be higher than gazelle's..so i went with usell ..once the deal was sealed, buytronics sent over a price lower than gazelle's...my device was brand new. so I know I was suckered...I was livid!!!

Awesome !!!! Anytime I have electronics I don't use I'm going sell to BuyMyTronics!! I got more then what my item was worth, they mailed me the shipping package for free and I got my check in less than two weeks!!!
