An extreme pleasurably experience

when i get the money in my hand i will rate of 5!!!!!!! how long like a mouth of wait for the money first in the hand it take long time to get there first there need a better way to take care of people.

Took longer than anticipated for them to receive my phone but once they did it was a very quick process. Very happy customer!!!!!

This website was disappointing. The whole process took months and gave me about an 1/8 of the money I was expecting. There was also no real way to contact anyone from the company.

i have 1 month waiting for my check and i haven't receive it i keep sending email to them never got an answer from them... don't recommend it

I will never again sell to them again Don tell me your going to give me $85 then send me an email telling me they can only give me $70.Who dose that? Well of course I took it because I'm medical student and a single mother so I need the money but never again will I cell

i havent recived my checks yet and i sent them out last month

I am very disappointed with this company and their customer service! I sent them my iPhone 4S three weeks ago and am yet to receive payment for my product. I will never use them and I highly suggest you don't either.

It's been two and one-half months since I mailed my old smartphone in and I am still waiting for payment. I should have heeded the advice of all the other unhappy customers and chose a different option to recycle my old phone ;(

My experience with cashmycellphone sucked from day one and I cant wait to tell everyone I know. It took no time at all for me to receive my prepaid envelope to ship my phone off but it took over a month and me to keep emailing yall to find out anything about my money then i was told i was being paid half ($15) what i was originally told. good thing i decided not to send my other phones in with the first order. I wanted to see how yall handled the first phone before i sent the others and yall failed miserably. Sad sad experience and i will never deal with yall again. Im posting it on facebook to all my friends so they dont have to deal with this BS. id much rather donate my phone to the military guys or throw it in the trash. I was sad to accept the original $30 for then phone then it was a slap in the face when i heard i was only getting 15. ya got me once but you will never get me again. And ill make sure no one i know will send their phones to yall SAD

Received confirmation the company had my phone over a month ago and still have not received my check. I emailed their customer service center 3 days ago and still have not received a reply.

Easiest $100 I ever made. They sent me a package to return my iphone in and within 5 days I had $100 wired to my account. I have recommended this site to 4 friends already. Would use again if I need to get rid of electronics.

Horrible!!! My iphone is 3 months old in great condition. I was quoted $ 240 and they gave me $140. They didn't even tell me that they were dropping the price. The whole transaction took a month!! Also, it takes them a week to reply to your emails. Pls avoid selling anything to this company!!!

The process took a lot longer than I initially thought that it would. I did get the amount that I was quoted however it took three weeks from start to finish.

One company sent my phone back with no reason why. I was not to happy with that.

I never received a payment. I sent my phone in, and never heard from them. I have emailed and reached out to them via their website, and no one has got back to me. I have a confirmation # 1355588658, which I received when I placed my order. And Ticket # 11471, which I received when I inquired about my order. Can you help mitigate this situation? As of now, I have recommended to everyone who asks, NOT to use uSell or its affiliates.

Very easy to use. Quick payment. After receiving my phone I had my cash through PayPal within 2 business days. Gave me what we agreed upon. Smooth transaction. Will definitely use this company again.

The only problem with CashMyCellPhone is that their communication with their customer was horrible. But I received my prepaid package right away and I did receive my check for my phone which was a lot higher than I expected!

I like the quickness on reciving my check.When I get another cellular device that I must sell, you"ll be first on my list to contact, you have a customer for life!!!

My experience was horrible. i don't know why they send me this when i haven't received my money. You wont even respond to my emails, you send me the same template every time. Fudge your services.

Fast courteous and accurate. I received updates through the while process. I plan on using the service again.
