no i would not. they took my new phone and recycled it without even notifying. i would have rather they just sent it back. i will have no other dealings with this place

I sent a HTC EVO Design 4_ G . have to heard or received payment. what is there phone number? I paid. alots for that phone.

I have not had a good experience with CellItUsed... It took them almost a month to let me know they'd received my iPod and that's after and email and two phone calls to get info from them. The email was submitted through the Customer service form on the website. The phone calls went straight to VM and were never returned and neither email for ph calls were acknowledged. They finally sent me an email in late April telling me I would receive payment by 5/19/11... It's 6/3/11 and I still have not received payment and they have not contacted me. Not only would I not recommend them to friends and family, I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy at this point.

Payout was the highest so I went with them, but took over two months to get my money and they said I'd get a prepaid visa card, but after pestering them to finish the transaction they sent me a check. I guess thats ok, but it's not what I agreed too. I hope the check clears.

Very simple and easy to use. Glad I came across thia site.

I sent them my phone on 03/22/2011, and on 03/30/2011 they sent me an email saying that I need to send my phone. after replying to them with a very direct email and phone message they sent me an email that same day saying they have received my phone.Im still waiting for my money.

They gave me a $1 bonus buck, as they call it, on top of my quoted price. Great service! And I have extra Christmas money.
