i am writing my review to let others know that i have used this was my first time sending in my phone for cash and was skeptical and was sure what to expect. i sent in my phone and was worried because it was taking weeks for me to receive my payment (check). I had sent an email wondering where my payment was or to have my phone returned to me. I then received a phone call from mike at depstar and he informed me that my check had mailed and was wondering if i received it yet if not then cancel that check and remake another check. Mike also explained to me that the company was located on the east coast and that due to hurricane sandy that the process was taking longer. Mike was helpful and very sorry that it took longer then usual but assured me that the company is legit and payment are made asap. I checked my mail that day and to my surprise was my check from depstar and it was for the amount that was quoted to me, i deposited the check into my bank account and had money :) Thank you Mike and Thank you to depstar for their excellent services.

However, the company did contact me and followed up to ensure my %100 satisfaction with their handling of my initial complaint. I was very impressed with being personally contacted and the thought they put in to makeing me feel assured they had my best interest at heart. I would gladly use this service again, and will recommend it to my friends and family.
