“This service is an absolute scam. They do not honor the price quoted and severely undercut the value when you send them the phone. I was honest about the condition of my phone and was surprised and insulted when they did not honor the quoted price but offered me less than 20% of the initial offer. Anyone doing business with this company is in for a rude awakening!” READ LESS

“The buyer offered a crazy high price just to get me to send the phone to them and not a competitor. Once they received the phone they said it was still locked by the cloud. I logged into the cloud and removed the device. The buyer then said it was still locked. If I knew when I was going to accidentally destroy my phone I would have removed it from the cloud seconds before. However, I can't predict the future. The buyer originally offered $116 then $7 then magically $75. It appears the buyer has this tactic on damaged phone that are noted to not power on with the initial assessment. If the buyer didn't offer the embarrassing $7 then I may have accepted the $75. I would not recommend anyone to this buyer. ” READ LESS
