“The phone was water damaged and would not turn on. I received an email about disabling find my phone and I followed the instructions to a T and then I get another email that it still wasn't turned off and that the offer was no longer valid. I was extremely upset and received the phone back. I have used usell many times in the past without any issues and this was my first water damaged phone that would not turn on. Displeased!” READ LESS

I responded to that email on July 7, letting them know that I disabled Find My Phone, and asking if it might be a mistake. I never got a response. Never got another message that my device was going to be recycled. I just got an email that it was recycled. As far as I'm concerned, I know Find My Phone was turned off on my phone, and they could have made a mistake. Now I'm getting $0 and my device is "recycled". Very unhappy.” READ LESS
