“Bait and Switch. I was offered $113 for my iPhone 5 16GB AT&T in good condition. They claimed it was cracked but I know it wasn't cracked. They provided bubble-wrap and everything so it's unlikely to have been damaged in shipping. They offered a revised offer of $72. There is no way to dispute the condition: you can either accept the revised offer or ask for the phone back. Suspiciously, the uSell price for a good iPhone has since dropped to $65. Seems to me that they rope you in with a high offer that's "guaranteed" and if the uSell rate drops, they just drop their offer to just above the new rate so you have no choice but to take it: Classic bait and switch. Well, I found a different website still willing to offer $100 so I asked for it back. We'll see what condition it comes back to me in.” READ LESS
