They were incredibly hard to deal with, their own explanations for conditions are not what they go off of, and frankly they were the worst group I have dealt with on here. I would recommend anyone looking to use their service to find another one. In the end, it will be worth your while, both financially and personally.

I haven't even got my $19 back from sending my phone to uSell I receive an email saying that I would get it in 2 days and still haven't got it yet what is going on imma report y'all is a scam I wouldn't be using this service anymore

Extremely dissatisfied. I sent my blackberry torch in for evaluation over 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear anything back from anyone regarding a price, or if you've even received it. This will be the last item I send to your company. I wish there was a way to rate lower than one star

Bait & switch , they gave me an offer that was higher (slightly) than the other partners, when they received it they said it was not in the condition I sent it. When I refused the offer they came back and doubled the offer. When I refused that they sent an email and said their offer system was broken and it would cost me 8 or 10 dollars to process it back to me. Isn't them an email and they would not waive the return fee (that was not presented at the time of the offer) and I had three days to pay, accept Their offer or forfeit the phone. At this point I was very unhappy and took a $47 loss to get it over. STAY AWAY.. too many other good USELL partners. Would rate zero if I could

You advertise one price/offer but then dramatically reduced your actual offer by 2/3. I'l take the money because otherwise the phone just lies around collecting dust. Next time I'll donate to a worthy cause. I will not recommend you USell to any friends in the future.

Response was quick and efficient. But they came back to me with a much lower price. I was told my phone was worth $84 and they came back and said it was worth $28. That's quite a difference for a little chip out of the phone's frame. I figured I would get ripped off on price from these guys, but at least it was $28 for a phone that was otherwise worthless to me. But these guys are just another case of over-promising and under-delivering.

This company is terrible. My phone was in very good condition. When they recievedbit, I got an email saying it was in poor condition and they offeted me 35 $ instead of the 136 $ original offered. I then declined and they then offered 45 $. I once again declined. They then said it would be shipped back. 3 days kater, I recieve another email saying they estimate was rong, snd the phone was in like new condition. They then offered me 70 $ and if I refused it, they would bill me 7 $ for return shipping. This company is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM. They scam people for there hard earned devices. And they make u accept the offer, because if you font they will not mail back the device without YOU PAYING THEM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS. if you use them, you will screwed pver.
