This is absolutely fake!!!!!
I have been cheated I have not received my money for the ipad.
Its been over a month since they have received my ipad but when I send them emails they have never contacted me.

TOTEM IS A SCAM! I sent my phone into Totem 9 months ago, and never got my payment!! They must plan on scamming people because their website has no customer service phone number, only an email to "submit a help ticket" I have submit 8 of them with no responses!!! They kept my phone and my money! Never using USELL again. Only gave one star, because it won't let u rate zero!

I sent my phone to Totem. They told me that my check was in the mail and I never received it. Months went by and I never heard from them. I tried several times to get a hold of them to have the figure this out and no one ever got back to me. I am very disappointed with the service at Totem and would love to get paid for my phone.

I never got my check. They sent me and email saying the cellphone got there but I never got my check I'm still waiting on 10.50 since I sold that phone I have moved to a totally different house and still never got my check that I was supposed to get over a year ago.

It has been over a year since I received any check from Totem. The commercials falsely advertise saying payment comes between 2-3 business days.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. The time it took to cut a check was months. There is no phone number to call so you have to request status via online. Finally got the check but it was void b/c it was too old, was then charged fees from my bank. Still discussing another repayment check. I have thoughts that Totem does all this on purpose knowing that most people won't go to such lengths to get $20-$30 and they have your phone.

If I could give a negative score I would. I received the shipping box almost 2 months after the quote. I sent my device in that had some home button sticking issues. 1 month later I receive a note saying that they would be sending me a check for $32 for an iPhone4 32gb. I called and emailed and never got a response. I have never received a check or any correspondence from them. I requested my phone back and have never heard anything from this company. It has been over 6 months from the time I sent my phone in and nothing. This company is a complete rip off.

I never got my money, I tried countless times to to get a hold of them, nothing. I just gave up trying. DO NOT USE TOTEM THEY ARE SCUM!

It was the worst experience ever! I never received the money for my phone. I emailed serval times to confirm they received my phone, which they did, but I never saw my phone again or the money.

I had a horrible experience with totem. I never received my money for selling my old phone. I sent my device in and they notified me that they had received it and notified when my money would arrive to me and I NEVER got my money!!!!! HORRIBLE experience for me!

Totem wrote me a bad check which bounced and caused me bank fees. Had to go through the BBB to finally get my payment. It was quite an ordeal and I would never recommend Totem to anybody. Go with Craigslist or Ebay.

I used your service and you gave me a quote for $26.20 i sent in my phone you then said it was worth $10 i didnt care at that point and said ok i never got my $10 and at this point i rather have my iphone back i tell everyone about what happened to me so no one i know uses your service

I never received my money for the two phones I sent them. I phoned them many times at varying hours of the day. No one ever answered the line and I left numerous messages. Then, I started emailing them. The company never returned my calls or my emails. I do not recommend ANYONE using totem.

Worst company ever! They have awful customer service!!! I sent my phone in last year and never got a check! I have emailed and called multiple times and never a response. If I could I would give them minus 5 stars!!! Don't use these crooks!!! A huge waste of time.

I NEVER GOT PAID!!! Every time I tried to call or email hellototem I never got an answer or response!!! I sent them TWO phones, for which I never received payment. I tried contacting them every other day for a month! After 4 months since I sent in my phones, I finally gave up, but I COMPLETELY GOT RIPPED OFF!!!

My experience with Totem was terrible! We shipped our phone and never received our money! Then we called wondering whats up and Totem's lines were off or nonexistent. We never received any emails back about our phone or money. As far as I'm concerned Totem can shove it. I will recommend people who want to sell their phone to NOT go through Totem. I also looked up reviews and saw I wasn't the only person screwed over by this company.

I will never use Usell again. First off it was about a month before they received my phone. a few days later they said my check was on the way. To this day I still have not received payment for my phone and I sent two emails that were never responded to. The entire website is more than likely a scam so don't even waste your time.

I said if I wasn't going to get cash for my HTC, then I wanted it back, I never got the check because you said it wasn't how I described, well, you did not give me enough options for status of phone, I was promised 20 on the site, and through email I was ran in circles, I will never be using any of your sites ever again, I want that phone back or the 20 that was promised

I sent them my iPhone 3, they sent me NOTHING. All of my attempts to contact them were net with them redirecting my inquiries. I finally gave up.

I have been waiting almost three weeks for a payment for my item. Not only that, I have sent the company multiple emails about the status of the payment and they have yet to respond. Horrible customer service. uSell has been fine, hellototem.com is what has been the problem.
