“On July 9, 2018 I sent in an Apple 5s I-Phone in flawless condition, because it was enclosed in an Otterbox cover and glass screen protector since it was new. I inspected it prior to sending and it had no scratches on the case or the screen. It also worked fine and we transferred the data that day and sent the phone in the pre-addressed envelope. When I sent it I even put additional packaging materials to protect it. On July 13, 2018 I received an e-mail from you saying 360 Wireless said the phone was damaged and revised the price from $56.88 to $29.70. The e-mail further stated I should contact 360 Wireless if I had any questions, and they would reply in 24 hours. I never heard back. I called your number and the lady said to contact 360 Wireless. I told her they would not answer. All she said was to keep on trying. What a joke. 360 Wireless did not tell the truth about the condition of the phone I sent to them. They also said the battery was bad. Funny, I downloaded all the information to the new phone on the same battery, without any problem. Your company gets 0 stars and poor reviews on social media from me. I would have been better off selling the phone to Verizon. ” READ LESS

“Phone was damaged when it came back. The buyer lies on their description and says they want to make customer happy, would not offer a better revised over and made original revosed offer about 40 dollars less than what the original quote was. I will do all my trade ins for devices at GameStop from now on. USell has very poor phone service for customers and will always stick up for their buyers like EBay no matter if you are scammed or not. The buyer 360Wireless assumably tampered with my device and changed the screen to a bad screen and said it came to him like that. The old classic Bait and Switch! Too bad... f*** you uSell never again! Not trustworthy. ” READ LESS
