“I sold two phones through usell, the first one went to a different buyer and a quick and flawless transaction. This one however "BuyBackCell" received my device and did nothing with it for a week. I finally emailed them about what the status was and then they processed the order. The check came quick but I knocked 2 stars off for me having to ask for a status update before the check was processed.” READ LESS

“Original offer was low to begin with for a good condition phone. Then they tried to lower the offer originally quoted even more due to them claiming it had yellowing around the rim of the phone but it did not. So I asked for the phone back because the phone was in good condition and I felt they were trying to rip me off.” READ LESS

“The overall process was great. It was very easy to get going with your buyback using the website and the kit came without issue. However, the buyer I had been paired with was not reasonable when it came to their assessment. Based on uSell's own criteria, the estimate given should not have changed (almost $50!) because of the issues pointed out by the buyer. The issues the buyer used to lower the estimate were not in sync with uSell definition of my phone's state. I think this process needs to be clarified and uSell should be able to mediate disputes. I felt a little trapped at that point so I just accepted the offer and moved on. Overall the service was good and the buyer was responsive but there should be a oversight.” READ LESS

“When I first purchased my iPhone 5 I immediately put it into a protective case purchased from Apple. It stayed in that case till I removed it to put into mailing flyer to send to uSell. I listed as flawless, because that is what it was. When received at their end was informed a tech said there were some minute scratches around the edge. All I can say is that it left here perfect - we all know what our mail system is like. :-( However having said that I thought $106.25 was a fair price. Would suggest to company that they offer more substantial mailers than what I was given.” READ LESS
