“I mistakenly said my phone was 64mg and it is 16. I understand less money for that. BUT they also said it had a dent in the top left corner which it DOES NOT and a scratch on the glass screen ... yes there is NOW but I did not have one when I sent it and the screen had ALWAYS had a protector on it. Consequently they offered me $53. less than the original bid. I refused the offer and they sent it back. I was very disappointed and disgusted and WILL NOT deal with this company ever again. I want nothing more to do with this company to sell anything and you probably will not post a negative comment as all the others are glowing... I know that is how that works. ” READ LESS

“According to their original requirements my phone was flawless. Only requirement for flawless is looks new with no scratches and powers up. Mine was that. But after they get the phone they decide it's in good condition using criteria that wasn't initially listed. Then they even offer me 20.00 less than what they were offering for good condition phones. I could have gotten my phone back but who's to say it would have been in the same condition as I shipped it? And I would've had to wait days on it and then find another buyer. Will not use again. ” READ LESS
