“Fair Trade ended up paying me less than half of what I expected for my iPhone 6. I thought the phone was in flawless condition but they claimed, after receiving it, that the frame was badly bent. When I objected they provided me with a very detailed explanation of the defect which seemed legitimate though I had no way to verify their claim. They did the same thing with my wife's Iphone6 though they paid her significantly more (still less than expected) than me for her phone (also claimed bent frame). I will say that payment was very prompt and they provided pre-paid mailers that worked well for shipping the phones. In the end, we would have been better off financially just accepting Costco's $75 per phone offer when we got our new iPhones there.” READ LESS
