“I sold my phone, sent it promptly, and expected payment promptly in return. Instead, I waited over a month after my phone was received to have a check sent; and only after I had reached out to the help desk - twice! Then once my check came, I deposited it and went on my way. About a week later, I received an email that the check would be returned due to 'unauthorized charges on the account'. Because of that, my bank returned the deposit and also hit me with a fee. While I was able to get the fee reversed by my bank, I shouldn't have to do that and it was another 20 minutes of my life wasted trying to rectify the issues caused.” READ LESS

However, I checked my account and noticed that there was a transit chargeback and I was charged a $15 fee for depositing a check from GSMWireless. They sent me a bad check and I am very unhappy about this experience. GSMWireless also sent me a letter that shows my trade-in was complete. Not only am I out a cellphone, but I didn't receive my money. I will never use this company again.” READ LESS

“The buyer would not leave me alone to send in the phone - I received the kit a few days prior to when I was able to ship it out. I received multiple emails and phones asking me to send it in. And then when I did, it took 3+ weeks to receive the check. And I kept trying to contact them with not one response back. I also sent in another phone at the same time which I have STILL yet to receive the payment for. When they say 3-5 business days to send out the check, they should stick by that. And maybe actual respond back to my inquiries. I started to think I got scammed. Honestly, not really sure if I’d ever use this site again. ” READ LESS

I received multiple emails and phones asking me to send it in. And then when I did, there was silence from them. I kept trying to contact them with not one response back. I have STILL yet to receive the payment ... almost a month later from the day they received my phone. When they say 3-5 business days to send out the check, they should stick by that. “Very disappointed with the service I received this time. my first offer was $190 and out of no where I receive an email that I will only be receiving $140 without explaining why. Tried calling over 5 times and leaving messages with no response back, and also emailed Usell.com multiple times with no response either. I sent my phone in as a damaged phone with only a crack back, so I don'y believe there should been any reason as to why my price would be lowered. and as you can tell I have been a customer for years and sold multiple phones. ” READ LESS
