“I felt my phone met all the necessary expectations to be considered for the full amount of $45. I was offered 33% less than that. Like most people would do who already spent a lot of time to get to the payment portion , I just accepted the reduced amount in lieu of returning my phone. I hope this was not a common occurrence with your business and you were straight up with me.” READ LESS

“It kinda sucked how my iPhone 6 didn't have any value to it. Yes it was cracked but the lighting worked very well & you could still type without having any issues. I believe I could've got the $120 but it is what it is. I ended up getting my phone back. I felt that the glass broke a little more when I received it. ” READ LESS

“The mechanics of the sale were excellent however I felt (The Whiz Cells) forced me to accept a lesser amount than agreed upon by claiming that a charging plate was mounted on the phone. In fact it was nothing more than a magnetic plate for mounting. When I attempted to explain this using the contact link on the email notifying me of the charging plate problem, my response was deleted. Rather tha;waste more time I just accepted the offer. Lesson learned! ” READ LESS

“I was given a price initially and then was asked to drop the price on a phone that did not have any damage when I mailed it. I feel that the buyer of my phone may have taken advantage of me. Although I feel this way I went ahead and accepted the lower price because i didn't want to bother with it again. I would rather use a company that has me ship the phone to the company and then they forward to the buyer so that it can be inspected when received and before shipped to the buyer.” READ LESS
