Extremely slow to pay. The emailed me on 2 May to let me know my phone passed inspection and that my check would be mailed on 15 May. Ceck wasn't mailed until 17 May and I didn't receive it until 23 May. 21 days from receipt of phone until I received my check? Ridiculous.

Excellent automated emails immediately after hitting the send button, and through every process along the way. I went with uSell even though my phone was offered at $ 5 below the largest amount because uSell was the "preferred match" and it had the feedback to back it up. When notified of my payment (4 days from agreeing to sell to my payment via PayPal) I was given the option to leave feedback for $ 5 dollars making uSell the same as the highest buyer on the site. I was very happy with the transaction. A few days later I saw pamphlets at the Post Office for Maxback.com. I went to the site to compare it vs uSell. Maxback.com had a higher offer of $ 25.00 more, but I had already agreed to sell to uSell. I'd rather have an A experience as I did here than to try for a little more money.

Great Transaction! Waited only a few days for shipping kit, sent in and within 2 days I already had the money in my Paypal. I got the full value that they quoted and had NO issues at all! This was such an easy process for me!

It took 2 days to reach the company, 1 day to verify the quality of my device, and then I got the email I would get what I was offered. I was skeptical, but soooooo glad I made the choice to work with Technollo. Thank you so much for the outstanding business. I will be working with you all in the future. Yes, Yes, Yes, please go with them. And paypal is the fastest way to get paid.

The entire process of trading in my phone for cash was extremely easy. I filled out a form online, they sent me a mailing kit, I sent them the phone and then I received my payment. They offer the highest price for the iPhone 5 that I have seen. It doesn't get any easier than this.

Took almost a month to get paid. I sent in another phone about a week after to a different company and recieved that one first. They said they had recieved it and I ended up emailing them 2 weeks later before they let me know it was good.
