Usmell on Usell. Utook over a month to write me a check for 50% of the value you estimated and offered. Also, you, apparently are not so savy: http://www.corp.ca.gov/ENF/pdf/p/PlayNTrade.pdf Read for yourselves.

Would have rated higher but the whole process took way too long. After they received my phone they did not bother to contact me that their "system went down and got backed up with orders". A simple email would have been nice to keep me informed instead they waited for me to contact them. I would rather deal with a different company next time and take a 5-7 dollar loss.

Horrible experience! The process has taken forever. There are no 800 numbers to call and speak with anyone. It is almost impossible to find an email that would get any results. I finally got someone from the company to answer my email back after I sent them a copy of the cleared $10.00 check they cashed to have my phone shipped back to me after they reduced their offer from $306. to $64.00 because the phone required a visit to the AT&T store to activate. Duh! There was nothing at all wrong with the phone. At my request they emailed me a tracking number for the return shipment but didn't tell me which shipping company they used. I tried the number on Fedex, USPS and UPS with no luck so I emailed them again asking for the actual website I could track the return shipment of my iPhone 4s.

I sent my phone to them, they acknowledged receipt and I have not received payment. They advertised that it would take 2-7 days and it has been 2 weeks and I have not received my money.

I am really upset with this buyer and about to make police report. Their emails are comng back like they are avoiding me but have my property. Usell is not assisting me in the matter of retaining my money so I guess I will file a report on the both of them. It says they agree to pay the offer they gave but I have not receive payment at all last email form them was 10-1-12 and it is not the 10-1012 and I sent the phone back in September and the usell girl Heather said payment gets right out to you I do the checks really not true I won't my phone or my check or you all will hear form the police.

What a joke! One star is more than I wanted to give them! I sent in a very nice blackberry that was hardly used at all. I was quoted $99.95. After they received my phone, I get a note saying they would only pay $9.95 or I could have it shipped back to me, which I'm sure would be even more than the whole $9.95 they offered for my phone. Many weeks have gone by since I shipped it to them and I have yet to receive my whole $10 bucks!

I sent the phone Apple iphone 3gs 8g with Charger and usb cord. I checked the phone to make sure everything worked on it before i sent it they tell me that I didn't send the charger or usb cord and that the speakers did not work. So the price went from 52.29 to 9.99. I have pictures on what I sent to them so if lying is apart of what they do I will tell everyone I know who would like to sell thier phones to NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES sell their phones to Trade2save. Horrible.
