However, I checked my account and noticed that there was a transit chargeback and I was charged a $15 fee for depositing a check from GSMWireless. They sent me a bad check and I am very unhappy about this experience. GSMWireless also sent me a letter that shows my trade-in was complete. And then when I did, it took 3+ weeks to receive the check. And I kept trying to contact them with not one response back. I also sent in another phone at the same time which I have STILL yet to receive the payment for. When they say 3-5 business days to send out the check, they should stick by that.
