“I was contacted saying I had x amount of days to turn off find my iPhone or my phone would be returned (even though in the instructions it said this would just help expedite payment, not that it was a necessity). I turned it off immediately after receiving the email. No further contact at all until I get an email saying my phone is being returned. I emailed customer support with my order number asking why this was - no reply. ” READ LESS

“GSM wireless NY was by far the worst company to sell your device to. I shipped my device at the end of January and I am now just getting notifications that my payment has been SENT I don’t even have it yet. It’s almost March! I emailed them back in the middle of February and never got a response. Thankfully uSell customer service is amazing and was somehow able to get intouch with this buyer. Overall I recommend uSell as a service but if GSM Wireless NY is the buyer steer clear of them clearly they need to rethink their customer service.” READ LESS

“I received a check from GSM wireless for $34.31 I deposited it then after depositing it and my account was charged back the $34.31 plus a $35.00 fee because the check had NSF! How do I get reimbursed?” READ LESS

“i sold my phone it took over a month for me to receive the check and when i deposited the check it bounced. when i contacted the selling they told me they would have it resolved in 3-5 business days. i feel like me waiting over a month for payment was long enough and couldnt understand why i would be contacted if they knew the check would bounce.” READ LESS
