“I sent in an iPad and was quoted $146 for the iPad. I received an email back amended get the offer stating that I didn't include a power cord (which was never part of the agreement) and that my screen was "pink", therefore considered damaged. I have no idea what they were talking about since I sent it in perfect working order. I was the offered $25! I declined the offer and my device was returned. Not cool. ” READ LESS
