“My review is odd. In terms of communication and efficiency, uSell is fantastic. I got paid after the phone was approved within 3 days. The issue I had was my phone was in good condition and that's why I marked it as such when submitting it. However, after they "looked it over" they said they found scratches on the screen, and other dings. My phone had no scratches on the screen and had a little wear and tear but there were no glaring issues. Their category of "good" condition was met and I even had tech friends look it over before selling it and they agreed it was in good condition (not excellent, but not damaged). My offer was cut in half after they looked it over without me having the opportunity to refute. Of course, I could deny the offer and get my phone back, but by the time I would get the phone back from them and resell it, it wasn't worth it. ... READ MORE

Of course, I could deny the offer and get my phone back, but by the time I would get the phone back from them and resell it, it wasn't worth it. My biggest issue is that they deemed it damaged when the phone was in good shape (outside of normal wear and tear for a 2 year old phone). You pretty much have to either accept their review of the phone, or get it back and try to sell it somewhere else. I'd give them 5 stars for efficiency and service, but not much else.” READ LESS
