“Very prompt service. Matireals to send in my phone were here within a few days. Once phone was a mailed they received it and processed it in a timely manner. My one concern is that there are three options to discribe condition of the phone, perfect, good or damaged. Reading over how good was described in the website, I selected that option because my screen was not cracked and everything worked. There was a dent on the back of my phone but I did not affect the operation of the phone. Once my phone was processed I received an email stating that my selection of "good" was incorrect and a list of all the issues my phone had. It stated "Cracked back of device. Bad display (pink hue, yellow border). Dirt under the screen. Blurry small camera. Screen moves when pressed on (middle right)". I had had this phone for over two years so it wasn't perfect. The "crack back" was a 1/4" dent. Most of the issues listed I might have chaulked up to me just getting used to problems that I didn't notice. The one thing that just didn't sit right with me was "blurry small camera". It was an iPhone 5. It has the same size camera as all the iPhone 5. This really made me feel like the inspection was designed to nit pick people into accepting less money than what they were quoted for. Once you go to all the trouble of shipping out your old device and waiting for the inspection, I imagine most people want to just be done with it and accept the lower offer. I did. Really all in all the transaction was very pleasant, this one thing just has been eating at me. ” READ LESS
“Very easy and excellent customer service”
“Everything went like clock work. I had no problem selling my phone. Took a few days to get the offer but everything well.”
“Process was fast, easy and exact amount as quoted. I will definitely use uSell in the future for other devices.”
“Disappointed ... Felt you could have given more explanation on reason for lowering price. Will probably use another company next time. ”
“I thought my phone was in excellent condition but they said it was good and lowered my money amount, I wish they would've explained why other than that good experience ”
“Everything went as expected. I received the quoted amount within a reasonable timeframe. Thank you!!”
