“I wish i could rate this less than one star. Horrible customer serivce. I believe this company is a scam. I had sent my phone in after it was checked cleaned and manufacture resetted by my cell company and I was told by my cell carrier that the phone was in great condtion. So i has submitted my phone to USell and almost a month later after they received my phone I was told it was damaged and had burnt screens when it turned on! And that they said they could only give me $.65 cents for my phone instead of $50.00 unreal! I then asked them to return the phone to me I recieved it almost 3 wks later! When I received my phone back I had submitted it to Gazelle and had no issues and received double then what USell had offered originally. Save yourself the headache and go w another company! ” READ LESS
