“My uSell experience was great, however the company that bought my phone was not. I received an email from the company that bid on my phone telling me that my phone was broken in the backside corner. Then they reduced the offer price on my phone. My husband suggested that we ask them to send it back and cancel the deal. However, I feel confident that the company buying my phone broke it to reduce the offering deal OR said it was broken - lied! I know my phone wasn't broken and was in perfect condition - but, there was no way to challenge the company's honesty. We sold two phones through uSell and the other transaction went perfect -so, I would rate this website 5* and the purchasing company with no stars.” READ LESS
