“The iPhone was NOT damaged. It had a small ding on one corner and that was ALL. According to your website, it matched the description and I should have received MUCH more for it than $66.34! I could have sold it locally for MUCH more than that, almost DOUBLE!!! You guys ripped me off and I will never use you again or recommend you! I used your service once in the past and I was very happy, but THIS time I am NOT happy and I feel that I was ripped off. I did not see your revised offer until it was too late. Now you will take my, what you considered "damaged" iPhone and sell it for MUCH MUCH more, while I sit here with a measly $66.34. This is not good business. I also got off the phone with your associate, who was very polite I might add, and found that I lose and you win. I will be writing about this experience on my blog, twitter, Facebook, complaint websites, and by word of mouth----ALOT----about my displeasure with this situation. Regardless of your 7 day small-print, $66.34 for an iPhone 5s with the lame excuses for why you revised the price and lowered it (Bad LCD (dim) and Screen moves when pressed on (top left corner). It was NOT damaged, the LDC did NOT move, and the LCD was NOT dim. This is my fault for trusting a company that can't prove this to my face. I am an I.T. guy and I KNOW what I sent you. The phone had a small ding on the bottom corner on the metal and that was all. The screen had a ballistic cover protection on it that can be REMOVED and it had always been in a case after that first ding on the corner which happened on the second day of ownership. So your lame "inspection" just served you to lower the price and bank that I wouldn't respond in time. I will NEVER use your service again and I will definitely make sure to stop the people I am networked with from even thinking about ever using your services. I wouldn't put it past you to delete my comment either.” READ LESS
