“I was quoted like $13 originally and then u time they receive my phone they said it was a different storage size ( which is probably true because I could've forgot ) so they took off money. I'm okay with that, but then they said the phone was broken and the screen light was slightly dim so they brought my quote down less than a $1!!! I mean I used that phone perfectly fine before a got a new one and decided to sell it so that was just crazy and I felt they cheated me. So I requested my phone back instead of taking the payment but it was a waste of my time to even hassle with this company.” READ LESS

“I've never given a rating so low in my life, but this one is very deserved. My offer got cut in half for a broken sim card tray, that wasn't broken when it was sent out. It looks like someone tried to pry it out instead of using the sim eject pinhole next to the sim card tray. This was the first and LAST time I will use uSell.” READ LESS

“I sent a WORKING Galaxy Note 4 to usell. I received an email saying my note 4 was damaged and the screen did not function properly to allow testing. I received my phone back in the mail yesterday. Now the screen is completely black. The phone turns on but the screen itself does not work. This is ridiculous. I sent the phone out with the screen working. I reach out to customer service and they say they spoke to the person checking my phone and they say my phone wasnt working so thats it. So now im stuck with a phone that does not work! Yet nobody is going to tell me what happened to my phone? Nobody knows how the screen got that way? Also i was told the phone could have been damaged while being in transit to usell. First off how can the phone be damaged through travel if the Shipping package is pretty secure. And if so, did the package arrive to usell damaged? Did it look like the phone went through a rough trip? Or did it arrive perfectly fine and while being in the hands of another person, the phone got damaged!? These are answers ill never get. This is horrible and very unprofessional. I spent $750 on this phone and now cause of "Unknown" circumstances, i have a non working phone thats worth less than $100. Horrible. This is my 3rd time using usell and I've never had an issue. I can't believe this. Never doing business with usell again.” READ LESS

“Not very happy with transaction. When I described the phone, I stated it was cracked and will not turn on. Then I get a notice to say I had to deactivate some app or it will impact my offer. They should tell you upfront what needs to be done prior to sending in the phone. At the end, only to be fooled that the check I received was 17% of what the original offer was. Will not be using them again.” READ LESS

“When I sent my iPhone 4s in, I deemed it in "good" condition as everything worked properly but there were a few dings on the exterior back of the phone. I removed my SIM card and sent the phone in. USell contacted me a few weeks later to tell me they couldn't give me what was originanally offered, as the phone was not in "good" condition. They claimed it was dead and couldn't get it to charge. I ended up taking the offer because I didn't want the hassle for an extra $20, but the entire thing was very fishy and felt like a scam. The phone was fine when it left my house, with no issues, and all of a sudden coincidentally stopped working when they received it. When I contacted them with this dilemma, there wasn't really any advice or suggestion from them as to the discrepancy. Once I accepted the offer though, I was paid promptly. ” READ LESS
