“Speed and convenience of service was excellent, but I don't feel like the offer I received for my iPhone was fair. I submitted it in good condition because there was very little wear and tear to the phone - the only reason I upgraded the phone was to get better software capabilities. I received a email in response that said the phone was damaged due to a dim LCD, but having just prepared the phone for shipping a few days prior, I know the the LCD was still just as bright/functional as when it was brand new. I didn't know how to go about appealing the decision so I accepted the offer because I didn't want the hassle of having it sent back and then having to send it somewhere else again. However, I will not be doing any more business with uSell, because I truly believe that I did not receive a fair offer for my device.” READ LESS
