“Easy to fill out the information on the website. I got my mailer and it was easy to mail my phone back with instructions on sim card information and everything. Then my phone was worth MORE than my quote and they let me know that and sent my check. I also got status update emails throughout the whole process so I knew what was next. Took a little longer than taking the phone to target and getting a store credit, but I got $40 more than they would have given me and while I had to wait on the mail, I didn't have to leave the house.
