“I really was not very happy this time around with USELL. I was told a price when I first sold you my phone and after I sent the phone in, you emailed me that the original back was not on the phone. I had bought the phone at Sam's a couple of years ago and that was the original phone that was given to me, and it was flawless when I mailed it to you. There was no way I could prove that it was mailed to you flawless, so I had to take a $30 cut in the amount you paid me for the phone. When it left my possession there was not a thing wrong with it and it was the original back that was on the phone when I first got it. I always take very good care of my phones. Improve shipping packaging so we know you get the phones as we sent them and that you can't just destroy fixable parts of the phone to offer us less and then blame it on shipping if we raise an issue. ” READ LESS

“I sent in my device exactly as it was described, "flawless". My quote was decreased because according to the person reviewing my phone the body did not match the device. How that determination was made is beyond me. I declined Usell's offer and requested that my phone be returned. My device came back with dents and scratches, NOT as I sent it to Usell and I'm assuming because it was not handled properly. I would strongly advise using eBay. It may take longer but at least your phone will be insured. ” READ LESS
