“I have tried to contact USell regarding my order and have gotten no response. Also if you have a customer service phone number it's pretty clear you don't want anyone calling it cause you make it impossible to find. I am very disappointed with the way my order turned out, I feel cheated and am in the process of reporting USell to the BBB and other similar associations. I feel that I was ignored and that is no way to treat a customer. I will not be recommending USell to anyone. I was very skeptical of the service to begin with and my experience further confirms my skepticism.” READ LESS

“Terrible experience!! Its a scam do not trust!! I sent in a iPhone 5c with a cracked screen, i selected the appropriate condition based on my device which was "Damaged" i got an initial offer of $55 which i agreeded to and proceeded with shipping my device. After waiting over a month for my device to arrive to uSell, a technical emails me stating a counter offer of just a messly $12 because allegedly in the tenchian's own words "the touchscreen comes off from phone body". That is false!! I sent in an iPhone 5c in one peace and good condition, just a cracked screen. Apprearently as they examine your phone they come up with anything just to try to offer anything less than the original offer!! Pure scam i will never do business very mis-leading!! Waste of time!!” READ LESS
