If you're going to give me an offer for a damaged phone, you should tell me what "damaged" doesn't include. Not reduce the offer by over 300% when you already have my phone. I've used gazelle in the past, and it was a breeze. I will be telling all my friends, family, the Better Business Bureau, and review sites, about my less than ethical experience with usell.
