“I thought the service was poor due to the confusion over the bad "esn". I did exactly what the email advised me to do, contacting my service provider T-Mobile and passing on the instructions to them. They had absolutely no idea what I was taking about. They told me however that the phone and contract was paid off and that the phone was turned off. By that time, of course, Usell already had possession of my phone and so any virtual "unlocking" (the third theory) according to Tmobile was impossible. It didn't help that their was a time limit on this already confusing process. I turned to the Internet to find contact info to speak to someone immediately regarding the unlock under the time constraints and I was constantly forwarded to an email submission. I went ahead and told Usell that the phone was fine, according to Tmobile and you sent me a reduced price! To make things worse I was in a financial crisis so I had no choice but to accept or have a service in my home turned off. I think you guys are crooks. I think you guys pray on customers who need to get rid of their phones. With exception to the camera issue my phone was perfect and you guys ripped me off. You took advantage of me, something I have never experienced with Gazelle. I've already told most of my friends how you guys operate and I'm going to keep spreading the word cause this was a blatant act of fraud. ... READ MORE
