Also I was told I did not send charge cable, which was sent. The product I sent had no damage to it. When I refused the offer and requested return I received a damaged I-pad with no charge cable. ... I did send e-mail requesting what to do at this point to remedy situation and have not gotten any reply in 2 weeks. I would not ever recommend anyone use U-sell. It is my intent to seek remedy as I-pad is unusable.” READ LESS

Usell promises hundreds I only received $80 offer for my iPhone which was in excellent condition. I received an email stating my offer was revised because my phone was still "activated" (which it wasn't. Nor did it have a sims card) they also promise 2-3 business days and my whole process took almost one MONTH! Horrible company, Horrible experience. ” READ LESS
