“I chose you to sell my iphone, because you had the most reasonable quote for an iphone5. I had absolutely no scratches or any damage whatsoever in my iphone, since i had never removed it from the protective case i had on it and always had the screen protector on it. The initial quote you gave was for $106.80. After i shipped my iphone to you, i get an email that you inspected it and found a hue in the screen and reduced the quote to $88. This is a nice trick since you know people would not bother to dispute your revised quotes and i caught your email at the last day you had mentioned as deadline. I know for sure there was no problem, but i did not feel like calling you and making a big deal about it. In my opinion, your business model will not sustain for long...giving a higher quote and then providing a revised quote quoting some reason, counting on consumer psychology or laziness. You have lost my confidence usell...i wont bother to recommend you to any of my friends or colleagues...I am not angry, but i felt cheated by you...if you guys think you are being street smart...so be it...good luck guys...” READ LESS

“I traded in my i Phone, which was always kept in an Otter case with a screen protector on it. My phone was absolutely flawless. I was originally quoted a price for my phone and once it was received all of a sudden there was a "flaw" on it and suddenly the price was lowered by about $35.00. Either I accepted the new offer or waited for it to be shipped back to me and have the value drop because the new i phone was going to be released. I felt a little scammed. Especially since my local Verizon store offered me more money for the phone than what I ended up receiving from uSell on the new offer. I will not use this site again. ” READ LESS
