“I never write comments or leave reviews, however my recent experience with uSell was SO AWFUL I feel compelled to share what I went through so people are aware of what could happen if you use their services. I don't even have enough space here to go through all the details of all that went wrong. The short story is that I sent uSell a flawless iPhone 5s 64GB with At&t - however, after several weeks their "inspectors" sent me an email stating that I sent in a damaged iPhone 5 with Sprint (I have never used Sprint - I have been with At&t for more than 10 years) - therefore they revised the offer and do I want to sell or have it back. I informed their "customer service" (there is no way to talk to a real person, only email) that they had the wrong device, even providing them the IMEI number of the device I sent them to sell. I did not say I wanted the revised offer, OR the device back, as it obviously was not my device and I wouldn't want someone else's damaged property instead of my phone. Before they got back to me about the mix up (they are supposed to do it in 24 hours however took 6 DAYS!!), they processed the revised order anyway because 'I had x days to accept or reject the offer'. They admitted that the IMEI I gave them didn't match the device they had on file for me, however whatever their "inspectors" say goes (I have no idea who these people are), and they already processed the order, and "according to our stipulations blah blah blah" that was that. Basically uSell stole my property, and didn't make any attempts at rectifying the situation or making any restitution. DO NOT USE THEM - they are UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST. I'd say they're fine for damaged phones that aren't worth much, but I would definitely NOT send them nice ones as they can just take them and switch them with another device. If you have a phone worth some money I'd use another seller where you can have more control over what happens in the transaction. ” READ LESS
