“I had taken excellent care of my 2 iphone 5's. Each one lived its entire life up to the point of sending them off to Usell, in an otterbox defender case. Somewhat flawless in my opinion, but with the new iphone 6 out for a few months, they were losing value rapidly. Of all the sites I visited to sell these items, Usell offered the best price. It felt odd sending them off in a prepaid packet sent by Usell, without any money in hand and only upon a price that they offered but wasn't guaranteed. I thought for sure they would discount them for some reason they would have deemed appropriate, but they didn't. They sent a check for both of them exactly as quoted and the entire process was smooth and precise. So, any of you out there looking to hawk your phones that you believe have some redeemable quality, Usell definitely lived up to their word. No complaints here. I also had interactions with some of there customer representatives and again, very timely and straight forward. Bottom line.......I would do it again the next time without even thinking. ” READ LESS
