“I had several issues with the entire process: 1. NO COMMUNICATION from Usell, except for them telling me I had missed the deadline & would receive a reduced offer. When I ordered the kit, I was under the assumption that I would get my new phone within a couple of weeks, but when my shipment was delayed, I tried to reach out to Usell's nonexistent support ([email protected]). I contacted the company three times with only an auto-generated e-mail response saying they would contact me shortly. 2. In my original order, I had stated the phone would be in Good condition, but ended up having the device replaced by Apple before I sent Usell my old phone. Naturally, I thought that once Usell inspected it, they would see that the condition was Excellent, since it was flawless and brand new. Of course, they did not, and there was no chance I could contact them because I have never received a reply from them the other three times I reached out.
