T-mobile wouldn't even offer me a trade-in value for my previous phone when I went to upgrade and my S6 was in mint condition. I always kept it in a cover and I never carried it around in my pockets. It was always secure and safe in my purse. I knew my phone was worth something despite what my carrier was telling me.
