That's pretty insulting considering there is nothing majorly wrong with the phone and the lines were not there when I sent my phone. My indication was correct when I sent the phone in and the only explanation for the damage is the flimsy bag that was sent to me. Thank you for returning my phone to me damaged and I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they upgrade their delivery method & find a way to believe their potential customers on the condition of the phone before mailing. When I contacted them, they said they had been trying to reach me for a week (I'd been traveling out of the country) so they just sent me a revised offer because there was some problem with ESN?? I told them that was crazy, my phone was paid in full and there should be no issues, so they needed to either pay me the remaining funds or send me the phone back. They told me the transaction was final and I couldn't get anything back. I have no recourse as they already have the phone. Would NOT recommend to anyone. “I sold a broken phone and after I had spent the time to ship to the buyer, the buyer changed their mind on what they wanted to pay. They knew the phone was damaged when they decided to purchase it from me. I think that bait and switch for this kind of thing should not be allowed. The buyer agreed to buy the damaged phone, they got it and was not working and decided to sent a low ball (1/3rd damaged price) which I feel they did knowing that the seller was unlikely to want to wait any longer. After having my phone gone for severals and faced with starting the process over, I accepted the low ball offer just to be done with the process. My main point is this kind of buyer is taking advantage of sellers and shouldn't be allowed to changed the price once they receive it. They should not have said they wanted a damaged phone if that is not what they really were willing to pay for. My phone met the criteria of Usell and the buyer should comply with their agreement to buy and not be allowed to change the price unless (for example) phone was not as stated. In other words if I sell a phone I say is excellent and it comes with a slight crack, he should then be able to offer me the "damaged" price.
