USell's customer service is rotten. 888-744-0042called every day and messages left, yet never receiving a call back after you indicate that I would be able to speak representative? The iPhone that I sent to you is in excellent shape not only according to myself, but to the Knox St., Apple store in Dallas that gave me your company information, telling me that you do a good job. From here on out that will be indicated otherwise. It does not have a damn or pink hue, nor has it ever. The display on that iPhone is flawless, and always has been. “THIS WEBSITE IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME DONT DO it!!! I'd rather gazelle rip me off with $22 for a water damage phone rather than give in my 5S AND HAVE USELL GIVE ME CRAP ABOUT HOW I ADMIT THERE WAS WATER damage n couldn't turn on they said 92$ then when they FINALLY RECIEVE IT THEY GIVE ME SOME LAME EXCUSE THAT THEY NEEDED ME TO TURN IT OFF OTHERWISE ITS WORTH $22 obviously I can't turn it off if the screen doesn't work COMMON SENCE... So they insist I take $22 I said f that mail it back is rather keep a broken water damage phone that get played out n have them switch up the price they promised... FYI I COULD HAVE GOTTEN "$165" for it if it was in good condition yeah right I'm sure they would have an excuse for that too” READ LESS

“If there was an option to not even submit one star, I would. This is because I received no email or contact communication about my product after I sent it. I never received a confirmation email when the company received my product nor did I receive an email telling me that although I was offered $60 originally, my product ended up being recycled and worth nothing. Why? I don't know - there was no explanation provided to me. I didn't even know what was going on with my product unless I checked in via the website. There was no communication coming from the company. I would advise anyone looking to offer their electronics in exchange for cash to work with Gazelle, a much better company. I will not do business with Usell again. I trust Gazelle. ” READ LESS

“I first visited usell site to inquire about selling my iPhone 5 16g. I rated the phone in good condition because other than a few small scratches at the top of the device, it was in fact in good condition. Usell gave me a quote of 91.00, pleased with that price I agree to the offer and mailed the phone off. About a week after they received the device I received an email saying that my device is damaged and the screen shifts when touched. I know this to be completely false since my device was kept in a case the entire time I owned it and the original screen had never been replaced. As a result of these false accusations usell ultimately drop the offer from $91.00 to $51.10. I was livid simply because I know those mysterious damages were completely false. As a result I will never sell another device to usell. I have previously used gazelle before when selling other devices and everything has went without incident. The offer they make is the offer you receive. They don't give you a false offer to get your device and then make up damages to lower the check. I will continue to use gazelle and recommend friends to do the same. I will also share this experience with usell on other seller sites. ” READ LESS
