“I have tried to contact USell regarding my order and have gotten no response. Also if you have a customer service phone number it's pretty clear you don't want anyone calling it cause you make it impossible to find. I am very disappointed with the way my order turned out, I feel cheated and am in the process of reporting USell to the BBB and other similar associations. I feel that I was ignored and that is no way to treat a customer. I will not be recommending USell to anyone. I was very skeptical of the service to begin with and my experience further confirms my skepticism.” READ LESS

“Terrible experience!! Its a scam do not trust!! I sent in a iPhone 5c with a cracked screen, i selected the appropriate condition based on my device which was "Damaged" i got an initial offer of $55 which i agreeded to and proceeded with shipping my device. After waiting over a month for my device to arrive to uSell, a technical emails me stating a counter offer of just a messly $12 because allegedly in the tenchian's own words "the touchscreen comes off from phone body". That is false!! I sent in an iPhone 5c in one peace and good condition, just a cracked screen. Apprearently as they examine your phone they come up with anything just to try to offer anything less than the original offer!! Pure scam i will never do business very mis-leading!! Waste of time!!” READ LESS

Your company claims there was scratches/marks on the camera lense, if anything there was probably only smudges. I have a novel idea, wipe the smudges off. I know for a fact there was nothing wrong with that camera lense. What absolute bulls##t!! Your commercials lie so much. I would never recommend your service. “I was offered $88 for my damaged iPhone. I sent it in. I got an email saying my screen was slightly coming apart from the base and was offered less than $25. That is what was damaged about it. If you're going to give me an offer for a damaged phone, you should tell me what "damaged" doesn't include. Not reduce the offer by over 300% when you already have my phone. I've used gazelle in the past, and it was a breeze. I will be telling all my friends, family, the Better Business Bureau, and review sites, about my less than ethical experience with usell. Your "offer" is not to be trusted. ” READ LESS

“Received payment for one phone with no issue from Cellular Returns. uSell is claiming my second phone that I sold to them (valued at just over $100) is damaged and now worth half the value. It took 9 days for uSell to respond to phone calls and emails and they now say there is nothing they can do since the deadline has passed and they mailed a reduced check. I mailed in a perfect phone, and have been ripped off by uSell, who now only offer to return me a broken phone or a lesser value check. Seems like a scam and will be reporting to the BBB.” READ LESS
