“You didn't end up buying my old iPhone because your final offer became such a ridiculous low amount the shipping amount would of been a better offer, whatever that might of been. Besides which that is another complaint I have about this transaction. First, your original offer was in the price area of about $175 or so, which I felt seemed to low to begin with, but I continued on. Once you received my phone you let me know that the "find my phone" feature need to be turned off. Which I tried to do with the instructions provided by you or the iPhone website, I was never sure if I accomplished this feat. Next I was told by you that the screen had water damage which I was aware of but was never told in the rating of the phone condition that this was a fatal problem. So your final offer came down to about $15 which I felt was unexceptable and asked the phone to be returned. So rather than retuning the phone in the "new" iPhone box I sent it to you in you returned it in a bubble wrap envelope that I felt was not very secure. So that's why I don't feel that my transaction went well and I was never provided a shipping packet like I was told several times by you that you would provide. Another negative factor in this transaction. ” READ LESS
