“I sent in my phone on June 5th and I just got my phone back today (July 5th). Through this service, you can't directly talk with anyone except through emails. They made me an initial offer of $230. After I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks. I contacted them about my phone. They made a false claim about my phone that is bent and the power button doesn't work. Their new offer for iPhone 6 plus 128GB was then $22. I asked them to send my phone back and they send me a junk iPhone 6. Then they claimed they had their order mixed up. They even had a nerve to offer me $10 if I leave a positive feedback. I contacted the Usell customer service and they were utterly useless. Apparently, anyone can be their buyer. Don't get scammed here. ” READ LESS

“In the initial questionnaire, nothing was asked of the operating condition of the device, just it’s physical condition. I put that it was flawless which it is. It’s always been in a case and no scratches or cracks in the glass. The purchaser claimed because it wouldn’t turn on that it was damaged, and that the power button didn’t work? It’s an old device that’s to be expected. They reduced the price and paid me quickly, but I feel that the upfront disclosure should be more clear. ” READ LESS
