“Good evening, I sent in an iPhone 7 plus 32GB T-Mobile on 7/05/18. The phone I sent in was flawless and everything was working on it, the phone I sent in was straight out of the box. The last email I received from USell was that the phone was received. When I logged in again it says that the phone was damaged and was being recycled. This is unacceptable, the iPhone I sent in was in perfect condition and am requesting the money that was offered me. I have since been reading feedback on your website and it seems that you guys do this a lot. This needs to be fixed immediately. I have sold phones to USell before and there has never been a problem. Please let me know what can be done in order to get paid for the un damaged phone that I turned in. ” READ LESS
