However, on the the same day, I received a shipping notice email that my phone was on it’s way back to me. I’m not sure if that was coincidental and they ignored my email, or if it took me emailing them to prompt them to ship my phone back?!?! Also, my phone came back with no SIM card, and I’m not sure how I feel about that. I don’t think I need it, so it might be ok, but I expected to get the phone back in the exact same condition as I sent it in.
