“Buyer's offer was 2 dollars better than Gazelle. Once they got the phone, the buyer claimed that the phone failed the battery tests, and as a result, offered $16 less than original quote. I requested return of the phone, which happened quickly. Upon receipt, I ran Apple's battery test suite (I'm an Apple certified technician, so I have access to the tools), and although the cycle count is high, the battery still passed without issue. Then when I sent my device in, y’all never informed that it arrived even after 2 weeks. Then after I informed you of this, y’all told me that the check has been sent to my house AND IT NEVER ARRIVED. Absolutely terrible customer service and I entirely regret using y’all to sell my device.
