“Buyer's offer was 2 dollars better than Gazelle. Once they got the phone, the buyer claimed that the phone failed the battery tests, and as a result, offered $16 less than original quote. I requested return of the phone, which happened quickly. Upon receipt, I ran Apple's battery test suite (I'm an Apple certified technician, so I have access to the tools), and although the cycle count is high, the battery still passed without issue. I then sold the phone to Gazelle, who honored their original offer.” READ LESS

“Overall the process must be explained a little better. It is not enough to just buy a new device, remove the SIM of the old device and register the new device IMEI with your service provider. Prior to shipping the old device you have to request from your service provider to unlock the device otherwise they show it as still owned in the system. I was offered a lower value and eventually the phone was send back to me but was not informed what I have to do to remedy the problem. ” READ LESS

“They received my product on 12/9 and I had to reach out on 12/26 to get communication as to why my payment was taking longer than expected. Once I reached out, I got results right away but would've liked better communication as to why it was taking so long to process. I had used Gazelle before and had gotten payment within 3-5 days so I thought this would be a similar process.” READ LESS
