“Buyer's offer was 2 dollars better than Gazelle. Once they got the phone, the buyer claimed that the phone failed the battery tests, and as a result, offered $16 less than original quote. I requested return of the phone, which happened quickly. Upon receipt, I ran Apple's battery test suite (I'm an Apple certified technician, so I have access to the tools), and although the cycle count is high, the battery still passed without issue. I then sold the phone to Gazelle, who honored their original offer.” READ LESS
