I understand that I could have accepted to have my phone returned to me for the low offer but I decided not to because I wanted to see how they would handle this. Of course as perceived they didn't offer me a better deal even after I accepted their new offer but this goes to show that Usell tells you one thing but really offers you a complete other crappy option.
