I couldn't find any loose glass. I'm sure they were bummed I didn't take the lowered price, but they most likely count on most people just saying ok.” READ LESS

“Upon inspection usell said there was glue under the screen, I assume they were insinuating that the screen was cracked and replaced. I also assume this is common practice for usell: Have customer go through process of sending the phone to them, they undercut the ustimated re-imbursment (due to "flaws") in hopes the customer will just go along with it instead of getting it returned and having to deal with another company. ” READ LESS

“The entire experience was horrible to say the least. The phone I sent to Usell met all 3 of the listed criteria on the Usell website for "good condition". Upon the phone being received by Usell I was sent an email dropping my original offer from $70.68 all the way down to $5.94. The offer for "damaged condition" on the website was $30.55 for a phone that 1) doesn't power on, 2) isn't fully functional, and 3) has cracks in the body and/or screen. As previously stated, my phone met all 3 criteria for what was listed as "good condition" on your website. I felt betrayed and as if I was being manipulated once the phone was mailed off to Usell. Any reputable company honors what they advertise! I explained the situation via email with a member of your help center and customer service center and was told "I recommend you request the phone be returned". It's really not about the $70 now. It's more so that what your website advertises is not what was upheld and nobody made any attempt at resolving the issue. I was essentially told "take a hike " through silent email correspondence. This was the worst experience I can recall ever have encountering bar none. ” READ LESS
