“The phone was in very good condition with no screen issues. uSell claimed that the screen had a "pink hue", which is ABSOLUTELY untrue. If I had 100 people look at it and ask if the screen had a pink hue, not one would have said that. uSell then offered me 90% less than the quote. Frankly, I felt scammed. I would never sell my device through uSell again.” READ LESS

“I had read some negative reviews about Usell but did not let those sway me in anyway but in the end I was very disappointed with this service, I sent a Galaxy S5 in flawless condition and the original offer was 192 and just because my carrier wouldn't unlock the phone, I got a revised offer of 60 less than the original offer, I did accept the offer only because I was I need of the money at the time but because of the reasons above I did not send my other flawless Galaxy S5 which I was able to unlock on my own at reasonable price and I would not be using Usell services in the future and will not recommend Usell to anyone as well” READ LESS
