“This was a bait and switch of the phone was broken somehow (no one would answer my emails) in transit. I took video of the phones functions before I sent it on and everything worked just fine. It wasn't perfect but instead of the 100 dollars I was quoted....without any information I was given 33 dollars. Won't make this mistake again.” READ LESS

Had extreme difficulty getting replies to my emails and getting to talk to an actual person whom was also not helpful. Offered much lower buy price, just had them send it back. Still no idea what the problem was, terrible service. ” READ LESS

“Took over 2 weeks to receive my "shipping kit" (bubble mailer), I sent my phone to them the day after I got the kit. Then took them another 2 weeks to get it and knowledge they had it. Another week rolls by and I'm wondering what's going on so I sent them an email. Got no reply. Few days later I get a "revised offer" email because my phone was damaged. However when I mailed it, my phone was in near perfect condition. They told me the home button didn't work, and sent me an offer of $20. I declined and wanted my phone back. I'm convinced my phone was damaged in transit due to their poor "shipping kit." I also never received a reply to my support email I originally sent. Wasted a month of my time, and now my phone is broken. Thanks uSell for the horrible service.” READ LESS

“My experience was awful. First I requested the package to send the phone to you. I got an email stating it was enroute. I never received it, and had to re-order. That should have been a clue of what was to come.......After sending in my phone, I was notified that it arrived however the location needed to be disabled. I could not do this remotely, and I must have wrote 6 different emails asking to return the phone so I could disable it. NEVER once did I receive a response until I finally gave up and they then offered me 1/2 the amount and I accepted because I clearly wasn't getting a response or my phone back. Just a response would have been decent customer service. Funny how I didn't get a response at all until I accepted a lower amount, my guess is that was the plan all along. I am very disappointed with your company and wouldn't rate you higher than one star. If I had not already sent my other phone, after this experience I certainly never would have.” READ LESS

“I had several issues with the entire process: 1. NO COMMUNICATION from Usell, except for them telling me I had missed the deadline & would receive a reduced offer. When I ordered the kit, I was under the assumption that I would get my new phone within a couple of weeks, but when my shipment was delayed, I tried to reach out to Usell's nonexistent support ([email protected]). I contacted the company three times with only an auto-generated e-mail response saying they would contact me shortly. 2. In my original order, I had stated the phone would be in Good condition, but ended up having the device replaced by Apple before I sent Usell my old phone. Naturally, I thought that once Usell inspected it, they would see that the condition was Excellent, since it was flawless and brand new. Of course, they did not, and there was no chance I could contact them because I have never received a reply from them the other three times I reached out. I expect that from an eBay or Craigslist seller, but not a reputable company. There wasn't even a support phone number to call to get help!” READ LESS
