“My only complaint is that I was offered $50 for my phone which was more than any other site so I chose to use u sell but then after I sent my phone in I was only offered $10 which is less than other sites. Had I known the offer would drop so substantially I would have gone with a different site. I was honest when I filled out the questionnaire about how damaged my phone was. Maybe a more thorough questioning would have given me a more accurate quote. I probably won't use u sell again and won't suggest it to anyone. I feel like I was tricked out of money. I accepted the $10 offer because I had already sent my phone in and didn't want to go through the hastle of getting it sent back to me and selling it elsewhere since u sells process had already taken several weeks. ” READ LESS

“Horrible service. Took nearly a month to get any indication of the status of my phone. And, when I did get an answer it was that the phone was being checked and that there was a back up. Finally the ultimate answer is that Sprint could not activate the phone. I took this phone to Sprint to wipe it the day before sending it to uSell as I got an upgraded phone (iPhone 6). The phone was working perfectly. This in my opinion is a SCAM. A similar instance happened to a friend trying to use this service. I will never use this service again and will actively advertise against it.!!!!” READ LESS
